SOJA Sake takes its inspiration from the natural surroundings of Okayama Prefecture in Japan. We believe in developing sake using only the finest natural rice, botanicals and other ingredients found throughout Okayama and west Japan. Our founders focus on securing premium products to distribute, exporting the taste and culture of Okayama to the world.
Our sake lineup is ever expanding, with plans to launch various new Okayama-based labels throughout 2024 and beyond. Currently on offer is our flagship product, SOJA Black - a premium junmai daiginjo crafted from omachi rice and hailing from the city of Soja in Okayama Prefecture.
We take our focus on quality very seriously. Every bottle produced by SOJA Sake has been inspected. The group only partners with the best farms and sake producers. Our founders personally visit each brewer, ensuring the final product is of premium quality that meets the requirements set by SOJA Sake.
